Software Support Technician


We are seeking an experienced Software Support Technician to provide technical support and help desk services for our existing and growing TRAX software solution line and client base. The position involves the use of a board spectrum of computing skills, including writing, and executing SQL database commands, management of cloud-based infrastructure including virtual machines, performing configuration of Windows servers, Microsoft's IIS Web Server, and other internal systems.

Daily duties involve assisting customers in diagnosing issues, managing hosted environments, and deploying software updates. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required. The position requires the ability to problem solve, self-diagnose, and then escalate the issue as needed.

Candidates should have prior experience managing Windows servers, creating and running SQL statements, and providing general application support. Experience writing documentation is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Answering technical support phone calls and emails
  • Responsible for on call shifts during non-business hours for Premium SLA clients
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
  • Work independently to find resolution of issues and escalate after and as needed
  • Hyper-responsive client communications once a call/email is received, and throughout the duration of the open ticket
  • Utilization of technical support ticketing software Fresh Desk
  • Hyper-responsiveness, and excellent customer communication skills
  • Documenting system updates, upgrades, and technical changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field
  • 3-5 Years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic SQL understanding and experience

Software Implementation Specialist


We are seeking an experienced Software Implementation Specialist to provide project management, and implementation services for our existing and growing TRAX SaaS solution line. The Software Implementation Specialist must have experience installing and configuring software systems, while providing excellent client facing communication.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for learning the implementation process of our analytics-based software platforms
  • Responsible for System Setup within a cloud hosted environment using SQL and Microsoft platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and installation schedules, while still being a valuable technology resource to other internal departments
  • Work directly with the Client Success Manager to deliver excellent service, a customized software solution, and ensure client retention
  • Submits status reports, correspondence, and establishes effective communication between all Infax departments and client
  • Must have the ability to listen to client needs and translate needs to custom software user experiences through interface configuration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field

Inside Sales and Marketing Associate


We are seeking an entry-level, self-motivated Inside Sales and Marketing Associate to assist with growing and maintaining a large client base for our TRAX SaaS platform. This position is responsible for regular communication with clients, managing client contact lists/CRMs, and ensuring the satisfaction of the client.

The successful candidate will be organized and hyper-responsive. We are looking for a positive and dedicated individual that enjoys working in a collaborative culture and within a new, growing division. The Sales and Marketing Associate will ensure all CRM database information is constantly updated and will be assisting the outside business development teams with quote/proposal generation. The Sales and Marketing Associate is also responsible for company social media, award applications, and other marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of a sales pipeline from cold email, cold calls, and marketing campaigns
  • Provides hyper-responsive communication with clients

Client Success Manager


We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to work in conjuncture with the Software Implementation Specialist to deliver successful TRAX projects and ensure client retention. This is a new position within a new division, so the ideal candidate will bring passion, experience, and a willingness to adapt.

The Client Success Manager is a client facing position that is a true partner to our clients and ensures their continual satisfaction from project delivery and throughout the duration of contract renewals. This new position is an integral part of the growing team as this position must facilitate excellent communication with clients and with internal software and support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as an advocate and liaison between clients and software implementation teams during project delivery
  • Work directly with clients to ensure the system is customized and brings as much value as possible
  • Present upgrades and new feature sets to existing client bases
  • Drives SaaS contract renewals in partnership with sales and business development teams
  • Manages customer configuration, business intelligence, and reporting requests
  • Manages customer new feature set requests and works in conjuncture with Product Manager

Infax is seeking a Business Development Manager for a newly established TRAX Analytics division in Alpharetta, GA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategy, pipeline growth, and organic sales. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and experience in a consultative Software-as-a-Service sales role. This position will be an integral part of building a new analytics division so flexibility, passion, and experience selling SaaS solutions is key.

The ideal candidate has experience in a technology field, researching markets, developing relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy, while building new client bases.

Responsibilities

  • Building and growing a pipeline of new business primarily focused in the Private Sector
